To ensure your request is seen promptly, please include “WHOLESALE” or “BULK ORDER” in the subject line of your email. Wholesale or bulk orders placed without prior approval may be canceled at our discretion.

Response Time

We aim to respond to wholesale and bulk order inquiries within 12 hours. Response times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays, but all inquiries will be addressed as soon as possible.

Eligibility & Approval

Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to approval based on product availability, order size, and production capacity. Minimum order quantities, pricing, and timelines will be communicated during the approval process.

Order Processing

Wholesale and bulk orders require additional processing and production time. Estimated timelines will be provided after order approval and may vary based on order size and current workload.

Cancellations

Approved wholesale and bulk orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, wholesale and bulk orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refunds

Wholesale and bulk orders are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Exchanges

Wholesale orders are eligible for exchange only. Requests for exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@xodarlingco.com.

Items requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition unless otherwise approved. Exchange eligibility and approval are determined at our sole discretion.

Shipping

Shipping timelines for wholesale and bulk orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Payment Terms

Payment in full may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Wholesale and bulk pricing is not eligible for additional discounts, promotions, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
