At xoDarling Collective, each item is carefully created and inspected before shipping. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for non-customized items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In their original packaging

With all original tags attached
Condition of Returned Items
If an item is returned used, opened, damaged, or with tags removed, the customer may qualify for up to a 50% refund, depending on the condition of the item. Refund amounts for these returns are determined at our sole discretion after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized items

Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration

Items returned without original packaging or tags
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. xoDarling Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times depends on your bank, but typically refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. xoDarling Collective has no control over these times.
