Refunds/Exchannges

At xoDarling Collective, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. Please review the following information regarding refunds and exchanges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for eligible non-customized items that meet the return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Partial Refunds

If a returned item is received used, opened, damaged, or with tags removed, a partial refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price may be issued. The refund amount will be determined at our sole discretion based on the condition of the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for non-customized items and are subject to product availability.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Processing Time

Refunds and approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
