Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time frame to be eligible for approval.

After 24 hours, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded, as materials may have already been allocated or production may have begun.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund.
