Once an order has shipped, the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, mishandling by third parties, theft, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other unforeseen events.

xoDarling Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping

If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. xoDarling Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xodarlingco.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
